We ship from Colorado, United States (80202), to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

United States — USD

  • Standard Shipping: US$7.99.
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of US$69 or more.
  • Express Shipping: US$14.99.

Canada — CAD

  • Standard Shipping: CA$11.99.
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of CA$99 or more.
  • Express Shipping: CA$21.99.

United Kingdom — GBP

  • Standard Shipping: £5.99.
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of £55 or more.
  • Express Shipping: £11.99.

Australia — AUD

  • Standard Shipping: A$11.99.
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of A$99 or more.
  • Express Shipping: A$21.99.

Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. The currency and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you place an order.

Processing and delivery

Please allow 5–7 calendar days to prepare your order before shipment. This includes weekends.

  • Standard Shipping: estimated delivery 7–15 business days after shipment.
  • Express Shipping: estimated delivery 5–8 business days after shipment.

Total delivery time includes order preparation plus shipping time. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or local delivery conditions. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Tracking and delivery help

Keep the order and shipping information supplied for your purchase. Where tracking is available, use that information to follow the shipment. If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check the delivery address, nearby safe places and anyone who may have accepted it, then contact us for help.

Order cancellations and address changes

You may cancel your order for a full refund by submitting a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. The deadline is based on when you submit your request, not when our team processes it. To request cancellation, submit your order number through our Contact us form.

Please check your address before placing an order. If you spot a mistake, contact us promptly. We will check whether it can still be corrected, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is being prepared or has shipped.
